There are a handful of countries we are currently unable to ship to. As long as your country appears in the list of countries when entering your shipping address, we can ship to you!

Due to International Customs and duties, we are unable to offer free exchanges on any international orders. Any and all return or exchange shipping fees are the recipient's responsibility.
Customs or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and the fees vary for every country and order. Please understand that customs fees and duties are not refundable.

2.1 We have made reasonable efforts to display the colours and images of our products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours of the products you receive will exactly match those displayed on the Website.

2.2 By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products from us, subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

2.3 Any acknowledgement of your order, whether sent electronically or otherwise, merely confirms that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order or a commitment to sell. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at any time after receipt and for any reason.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order and/or limit order quantities without providing any reason or explanation. If an order is rejected, we will normally notify you using the email address provided when the order was placed.

2.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties that any products, services, information or other materials will meet your expectations, nor do we warrant that any products or services will be free from errors or that any such errors will be corrected.

2.6 By submitting an order, you confirm and warrant that: (a) all information provided by you is true, accurate, complete and up to date; (b) you are the authorised holder of the credit or debit card used for payment; and (c) sufficient funds are available in the relevant account to complete the transaction. Upon completion of the order, the risk in and benefit of the goods shall pass to you once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.

2.7 If we discover that the delivery address provided by you is incomplete or incorrect, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by email for verification. If we are unable to establish effective contact following our initial attempt, or if a complete and valid delivery address is not provided, we will hold the order for up to 25 days. Should we still be unable to obtain the correct address within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We shall not be liable for any loss, delay or misdelivery arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer. All associated risks and costs shall be borne by the customer.

2.8 We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or collection point addresses. Where such an address is provided, we will attempt to contact you via the email address supplied in order to obtain an alternative delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel the order and shall bear no responsibility for any delay in shipment or failure of delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

2.9 All prices displayed on the Website exclude shipping charges, customs duties and any other applicable fees, all of which shall be borne by the customer. We shall not be responsible for any import duties, taxes or related charges imposed by the destination country.

2.10 Product prices may change at any time. All prices published on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any such price changes.

2.11 Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery address, shipping method and other relevant factors, and will be displayed during the checkout process.

2.12 We generally aim to deliver orders within 5 to 14 working days after dispatch. However, in certain circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take up to 30 days or longer and delays may occur. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable for any such delays.

2.13 We will take reasonable steps to minimise the risk of damage during transit; however, transportation risks may still arise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, depreciation or costs incurred during transit. If your parcel arrives with visible damage, you should contact our customer service team immediately and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the matter has been resolved. Where a product is alleged to be defective or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to require photographic, video or other supporting evidence as a condition of processing any claim or request for compensation.

2.14 If you do not receive your order, you must notify us within 30 days of the dispatch date. Any claim made more than 90 days after the dispatch date will not be accepted. Upon receipt of a complaint, we will initiate an investigation. If non-delivery is confirmed, the carrier will attempt to trace and complete delivery of the parcel. If the parcel cannot be located, we may, at our discretion, offer either a refund or a replacement shipment as an appropriate remedy.
